Incidentally, gal monsters will only drop equipment if they drop an item, so you don't have to worry about the game messing with you in that way. Good luck finding them or getting them to drop though.
311. A: Add white items to improve your base stats and blue items either give you special attack uses or a revival if you run out of HP. Red items can only be used to expand your grid; the number of squares it expands is shown below. You can also use other items to expand your grid if you press the red button. Also, be sure to find the treasure chest on each floor before going on to the next one.
312. A: Guard can be bypassed with special attacks or critical hits. Neither actually remove the guard though. There is also a small chance that the disturb effect of the skull item may remove the guard. However, like many Alice Soft games, the RNG is out to get you, so you shouldn't count on it.
313. A: Grind for items and add them to your grid. Extra special attacks and revivals help a lot though stat increases are still very important.
314. A: Go under units and drag them.

317. A: Click Advance. Enemies will get stronger, but more treasure will appear. There is a sub-plot and an end-boss of sorts, but the game is infinitely long.

319. A: GRIND HARDER! More specifically, rule of thumb is double level for a dungeon unless your A-team is filled to the brim with items. As long as they can one-hit KO an enemy on the floor you are on, you should be fine for any dungeon except for the gimmicky ones. For bosses however, you need to grind to insane levels just to stand a chance.
320. A: There's a SaveData folder in the Widenyo folder. In that, there's a MusicData folder (if not, create one). Put your favorite mp3s in there, though it may not work if there are tags or album art. If all else fails, convert it to a wav file.
