After upgrading to Windows 10, my Studio One 3.1 Pro version doesn't recognize my Audiobox22VSL.
Opening Device Manager, I see the 22VSL listed and click on it.
This produces an error message saying ' This device cannot start (Code 10). Indicates two revision levels are incompatible'.
I attempted to update the driver online, but Windows tells me I already have the best driver installed for my device.
I'm dead in the water here.
Any help, please?

Bob, I'm having the same issue! After upgrading to Windows 10 from 7, the 22vsl was usable until I re-installed 'Studio One'. now I have the error code '10' with the two version conflict! Ugh!

This is exactly the problem I'm having - wondering if it was an issue that doesn't rear its head until you need to reinstall drivers etc? Windows 10 didn't exactly come out yesterday though, I'm not very happy with what's going on. device has been rendered useless for now.
 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

I´m having a similar Issue.allthough, I´m also running on a new computer with all 3.0 USB ports, and from the support team they are telling me that I should try using a 2.0 USB HUB..I still haven´t try but when I do I will reply with the results. Apart from that I´m just gessing there is a conflict with drivers on windows 10. Again, I will try to re-post once I´ve tried with a USB 2.0 HUB, I hope that helps.in the meanwhile.I can´t record anything!

Have you tried the USB 2.0 solution? Mine's still not working, and I'm now being told I'll have to do an OS reinstall if my USB drivers are up to date, which as far as I can tell they are. O_o 
I'm biting the bullet and now backing up all my stuff that I want to keep and installers and whatnot. Can't believe the solution might be this extreme.

I've got Audiobox 1.6.5 something or other. Updated PC with Windows 10 and drivers then had problems with latency in recording. Now have lost sound too. arrrgh

I'm using studio one 3 .Windows 10.22VSL and I can use the Audiobox in Studio One but will no longer run in windows, tried reinstalling drivers.still nothing.hope to find a quick resolve.

My 22VSL worked fine on windows 10. Problems turned up after a windows 10 update. Presonus helpdesk told me to download beta drivers. After installing these the unit worked, though not on the 64 samples I was used to - and just for a while! Yesterday the 22vsl suddenly suffered from severe distortion (there had not been any updates or other changes as far I know). Changing down to 256 samples and 44 kHz rate improved things, but a tiny bit of distortion remained.
Today the drivers won't start. 
I do think there is some hope because the beta drivers managed to get the thing working, but Presonus still has some work to do. 
BTW Sorry we have lost the VSL software, which was the reason I purchased the 22vsl. Maybe they should rename the unit to 22non-vsl.

Today I removed all drivers and went back to 1.3. Now everything is OK and VSL software has risen from the grave.

I recently went from a Mac to a very nice Windows 10 PC (nice cuz has solid state HD and standard HD and very fast overall). But my experience with using the Audiobox22VSL has been uneven (when it always worked perfectly on the Mac). 
It has repeatedly reported that it's not configured or set up or _________ correctly. It seems like restarting my computer generally makes it work. But this is very disconcerting to say the least. 
Does Presonus need to update some drivers for Windows 10? 
It seems the only solution I've seen (skimming the responses) was to downgrade drivers. How do you downgrade drivers?

 We really just want to know how it works for you guys. We know about the random pops with ADAT / SMUX clocked audio (in release notes), but we want to know if you experience any other issues. 
 Please feel free to test it on any Mac system you have that is running OSX 10.7.4 (Lion) or OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion). 
 If you experience any issues, post them in the AudioBox Public Beta forum:

 The link for the download is the text that says 'Download' underneath the picture, i think a lot of people think those are screen shots but they're not, they just look good lol

 Frankly it was time because I was going to throw out my AudioBox 44VSL 
 Lion with the map fontionnait very poorly (failure, click etc. .), a disaster, with snow leopard fontionnait the map and then with great mountain lion there avit over her, and with the BETA everything correctly refontionne I took the test in logic pro 9, more crack or break. thank you to all the team.

 I'm om Mountain Lion. The clicks and pops seems to have decreased a lot. It still don't sync perfectly with Pro Tools 10.2. If I change the HW buffersize in pro tools, It will sound terrible until I flipp the 'Performance' setting in VSL to 'Fastest' and back to 'Safe'. Over all it's better than previous drivers. Thanks.

 I'm on ML on a new 2012 and it works.. Still has a little bit of clicks and pop but not as bad as before. I hope it gets better from here.

 Jason.I'm delighted to hear of USB3 driver fix for Macs. I hope the same fix is coming very soon for new PCs (in my case a Dell Inspiron 7520) that have only USB3 ports. My Audiobox VSL1818 currently won't work with the 1.2 PC driver.
